Over 50 of EMCOR UK’s employees joined us at our induction day, where we were working in collaboration with Siemens Real Estate account to provide a full facilities management service across the country. Spanning two days and hosted by the EMCOR UK Operations Directors for Siemens National, the event welcomed more than 50 new employees to the company.
The informal layout of the room enabled the speakers to engage and interact easily with the audience, inviting a more relaxed and participative environment - ideal for the aim of the conference. The refreshments and lunch were also super, offering a great selection of menu choices – we felt truly spoilt!
When one of the speakers notified me of their restricted dietary requirements at last minute on the morning of the conference, the event and catering team responded immediately and put together a fantastic selection of food to meet her specific requirements at exceptionally short notice. Their responsiveness and flexibility was very much appreciated.
The attendees said that they had thoroughly enjoyed the event. Feedback showed that they had appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, interaction between the audience and speakers and the informal approach to the day.
