A reception desk area outside this space allows you to meet and great your customers/visitors on arrival. There are wall mounted controls in the room to control the blinds and temperature.
This space has two projectors projecting onto two 75” screens along with a lectern that has a microphone and sound system, which can be discussed further with AV team. There is also the ability to connect content from your laptop to the projectors via the provided VGA/HDMI cable.
This flexible space can be set up in a variety of styles, from reception area to large boardroom with catering on the side to fine dining.
A number of 13A sockets are located throughout this space. Wifi vouchers are available or a dedicated line can be discussed with the AV team. There is also one flipchart, water (half bottle per person) and notepads/pens provided with the room hire.
